#4: Make time for fun.
It’s not all about all work and no play. To live a balanced life and promote the same to your employees, you need to infuse a little fun into each day. It doesn’t have to be anything time-consuming or expensive. In fact, it can be as simple as sitting down at the end of the day and having a beer with your team. But incorporating fun and downtime into your hectic schedule will benefit you and your staff both, making you a more productive team together.
