Payday is weekly on Friday! You are responsible for turning your hours into our office by Monday morning at 10am. Morgan Hunter collects timesheets electronically and pays all employees via direct deposit.
Morgan Hunter contract employees are eligible for holiday pay after working 1,000 hours with no break in service over 90 days.
Eight (8) hours of PTO is accrued for every 600 hours worked through your 1st year anniversary. After reaching the 1st year anniversary, the accrual rate to earn each day is reduced to every 400 hours worked. You must work 600 hours and one year before becoming eligible to accrue at the faster rate.
If there is a break in service of over 90 days, then your accrual rate will reset.
Morgan Hunter offers contract employees the opportunity to enroll in medical, dental, and vision coverage.
Eligible first of the month after 30 days of full time (30 hours or greater/week) employment.
Morgan Hunter offers a 401(k) retirement plan for contract employees who meet eligibility requirements.
Morgan Hunter matches 100% of the first 3% employee deferral and 50% on the next 2% employee deferral. Immediate 100% vesting once participating.
