Andrea is a Sr. Recruiter with 5+ years of experience recruiting for the Administrative Division at Morgan Hunter. She specializes in placing top-notch candidates with outstanding organizations throughout the Kansas City metro. After working with her, you will walk away feeling heard and excited about your job search! She is known for having a strong sense of understanding on what candidates are looking for and where they will fit best. Both her clients and candidates agree her communication skills are above the rest. If you are looking to partner with a recruiter who is professional, knowledgeable of the market and driven to work for you, Andrea is your gal. Prior to joining MH in 2012, Andrea worked in the Insurance Industry as an admin. She earned a Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Missouri- Columbia.
Morgan earned her degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas prior to joining the Administrative Division at Morgan Hunter. She is an active alumni member of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority and brings experience recruiting in a corporate environment. Morgan brings a fresh set of ideas and experiences to the team. In working with her, you will find that her intuitive nature and strong work ethic make her a perfect complement to your recruiting efforts.
Prior to joining Morgan Hunter in 2012, Melissa earned degrees in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from Kansas State University. Over the years, Melissa has been an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Downtown Chamber of Commerce. Her involvement with these organizations has helped her develop an expansive network of candidates and strong relationships with Kansas City employers. Her advanced communication skills, positive attitude, and patience makes her a perfect partner for job seekers and employers.
Stephanie earned her degree in psychology from the University of Missouri – Columbia and joined Morgan Hunter in July 2005. She is an executive recruiting consultant and Director of the Administrative Division. Stephanie feels that her position at Morgan Hunter has enabled her to live her passion for assisting others to enhance their lives. Working with employed and unemployed individuals enables her to be a resource for her clients for both direct hire and temporary needs. In working with Stephanie, you will discover her strong work ethic and positive attitude. She has drive and ambition for success and wants to make a difference! Stephanie is also active in the community, including serving in a leadership role on the membership committee for SHRM-KC.
