Carol leads a Recruiter’s Roundtable group that keeps her on top of current events and ahead of market trends. She earned a master’s in rehabilitation counseling and is a naturally creative thinker, demonstrated through her fresh ideas, which bring a new perspective to even the most familiar challenges. Carol’s intuition means she can read between the lines, and her amiable disposition makes her a valued colleague. Outside of work, Carol self-identifies as an avid reader, and can likely be found with her nose in a book. She also enjoys kayaking and visiting her family’s farm in the heart of the Flint Hills.
