Lucy’s background in recruiting allows her to work efficiently to place candidates in new roles around the city with a customer service approach. Lucy is adaptable and a quick problem solver. Having previously spent several years working abroad, she is adept at finding creative solutions for any challenge that arises. She is passionate about building ongoing relationships with candidates and clients and working to find the right fit. She is naturally curious and likes to know the “why” that motivates people both on the job search and beyond.
A Kansas City native, Lucy graduated from the University of Kansas with degrees in French and International Studies. In her free time, Lucy enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, as well as exploring Kansas City’s vibrant music and arts scene.
