Morgan Hunter mitigates the risk to our clients by offering satisfaction guarantees for direct hire placements. Morgan Hunter’s temp-to-hire option also removes the risk involved in hiring a permanent employee. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them at no additional cost to you. We cover workers' compensation and unemployment costs as well, allowing the client to continue to “do business” rather than recruiting and sorting through applicant resumes for the correct fit. Morgan Hunter Corporate Search invests in our own employees by providing training and certification for all of our office staff. We can be a resource to you when questions arise about staffing and employment.

Depending on the difficulty of the position that we are recruiting for, we can move as quickly or as deliberately as you desire. The most important part of the process is that we are aware of your desired time frame so we can orchestrate the timing of the hire with the candidate.

Every candidate is reference-checked based on the work history provided by the candidate. We have some clients that request a drug screen, credit screen or criminal background check. Morgan Hunter Corporate Search can provide these services as well as meet any other needs you might have for background or security checks. These can be coordinated through our office for a fee, or you may decide to do them yourself through your usual service providers.

We offer a replacement guarantee on all of our direct hire placements. Another option is to utilize our temporary-to-hire program, which provides an opportunity for you to see an employee in the work setting and determine if they will be someone you want to hire. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them at your request.
